Privacy information
How inquiries are handled.
This notice explains how information you voluntarily send through this website may be handled.
Information you choose to send
If you contact Jatinder Grewal by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through an evaluation request, you may provide contact details and information about your real estate needs or property. The evaluation form opens your own email application; it does not submit information to a website database.
Online inquiry form
When you submit the online inquiry form, your name, email, optional phone number, inquiry type, message and permission to reply are sent to Netlify, our website and form provider. Netlify processes and stores submissions and sends email notifications to Jatinder at jatgrewal@sutton.com. These details are used to respond to your inquiry; the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not submit identification, financial documents or confidential transaction information. No file uploads are offered.
If a form displays a preview-only notice, entries are not sent or saved by that preview form. The separate property-evaluation form prepares an email draft for you to send.
Why information is used
Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the real estate services you requested, arrange a consultation, or prepare the evaluation you requested. Please send only the information reasonably needed for your inquiry.
Website delivery
The website is hosted on Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts and some illustrative images from Unsplash. When your browser requests those resources, the providers receive technical request information, such as your IP address. The evaluation form does not upload your entries to this website. Preparing a request passes the draft to your chosen email application. Copying a draft places it on your clipboard; you then decide whether to paste and send it through your email service.
External services
This website links to Sutton property-search pages and third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, email and WhatsApp. Information you send through those services is also subject to their privacy practices.
Access, correction and questions
To ask about personal information you have provided, or to request access or a correction, contact Jatinder Grewal at jatgrewal@sutton.com or 604-600-4086.
